Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee from two trustees to
four trustees?”

If the referendum passes there will be four
elected Salt Spring trustees on the local trust committee but only 2
will represent Salt Spring and have a vote on Islands Trust Council.
If the referendum is defeated, the local trust
committee will remain unchanged with 2 elected Salt Spring trustees
plus an off island trustee acting as chair person. The 2 local
trustees will be members of and have a vote on Islands Trust
Council. |
