The rally is on  Rainbow road at the Farmers  Institute (Our fair  grounds)  Drive into the Village of Ganges and look for Rainbow  Road running west from the main road through town.  It starts across the street from the Fish market on the waterfront.
 Drive past the high school and watch for the circle and triangle sign.
